Currently at SOIL Art Gallery January 2016

I have a work in members' group show called "Stratum". 20 people showing, each with their own strata stripe around the gallery. For my 6 inch strata, I've painted a gray stripe with 20 varying shades.

For each SOIL member, I've painted a shade of gray in a rectangle. The title of my stripe is "SOIL's State of White Privilege". I asked my fellow members to respond to a "White Privilege Checklist" adopted from Peggy McIntosh's "White Privilege : Unpacking the Invisible Knapsack."
